Like most breads, the majority of the gluten-free products on the market are made with refined grains and starches that lack fiber and nutrients. Processed refined grains and starches often trigger undesirable effects such as bloating, inflammation, high blood sugars, fatigue and elevated triglyceride levels. In other words, most of the gluten-free products are the overpriced food version of a soda.
